Ordered two eyebrow pencils - useless!

Ordered two eyebrow pencils, in the sale, however they are useless, already in the bin. That are both completely dried out and with the slightest pressure the pencil leads just snapped where they were so brittle. A complete waste of money …. And postage!!!

long shipping and no customer service

Placed an order 5 days ago, no shipping email. Says it’s still processing. Have been trying to contact customer service for days and heard nothing. And my moneys already been taken

No returns!!!!

Received my order. Tried to return same day it arrived. No returns no refunds = no customers. Go anywhere else. Poor customer service

ZERO customer service after purchase

ZERO customer service after purchase. I received an email from E.L.F. two days after my purchase advising that the exact items in my order were now on sale for 60% off. I have tried calling several times but the music stops and the call automatically disconnects after being on hold for a mere couple of minutes. Their online chat is pointless as it doesn’t function properly (it assigned this case number after I typed I want to speak with an agent about an order issue: {!casenumber}¿) and no human ever comes on. I also attempted to reach E.L.F. cs via DM on their facebook page. No response after a week. Horrible way to run a business into the ground. It’s a shame because I actually like their liner and mascara, but customer service is as import as having good product.

Good Fragrance Free Pure Skin Toner!

I went on Elf.com to search for a new toner to use in my skincare routine. My previous toner wasn't as effective as I wanted it to be in terms of removing excess oil and makeup. As I was browsing, I came across the Pure Skin collection. That's when I realized that Elf has a Pure Skin Toner made with niacinamide, oat milk and aloe juice for all skin types. I decided to purchase the product and the results have been amazing. The toner leaves my face smooth, refreshed, glowing, soft and light. It doesn't irritate my skin and it's fragrance free. It is definitely my "must-have" product.

Order not received

Ordered the new halo glow. Order shows delivered but I never received my order. So disappointed. Still waiting for a response from elf Uk and whistl.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Never again. My order took forever to be shipped and never arrived. Upon inquiring, I was dismissed to the delivery company.

Amazing!

Not only are their products amazing but so is their customer service. The foundation I brought from there is the best I’ve ever used. Very impressed and would highly recommend this company! Thank you e.l.f. Cosmetics!

Delays on shipping

I am from Canada and did my research before ordering online knowing that it can take 3-4 weeks for my order to arrive. The day before my order was supposed to arrive, they emailed me saying it had a delay in shipping and will take another week! I waited 1 week for my order to ship and after it was said to be "shipped", for another week it did not notify me of ANYTHING or maybe it just didn't move at all. Now they're saying there was a delay. Absolutely disappointing. 3-4 weeks already takes enough considering the fact that I paid an extra $14 for shipping for it to come faster but all that gone to waste! Will not be ordering again.

Disappointing experience

I ordered specifically for my holidays leaving plenty of time for delivery (one would think). My order was placed a week ago and still has not shipped. I emailed and was told they're experiencing delays. No offer to upgrade the shipping or anything of the like. I will now be receiving my order after my holiday which is why I bought it in the first place. Disappointing experience.

Yes for me they do. I love their products. I order on their website and there's so many more products you would not believe.

Are there other similar products to ELF Cosmetics that are cheaper or better?

I haven't seen any however their website is a great way to find items you cannot find on the store shelf. They have a lot of products online far exceeding what they carry in the stores. I've tried many products here and I won't switch.

What is the best product from ELF Cosmetics and why?

ELF Poreless Putty Primer I love because it helps even out your skin tone and blurs what you don't want others to see. You put it on and let sit 1/2 hour do not wash off then apply your cosmetics to follow. It stays fresh all day

I think there are a lot of great products from e. L. f especially if you are trying to save money. I would have to say though, that the brushes are their best product because I haven't found a better quality brush for a lower price.

My favorite product is the Blemish Control Face Primer. I've used it everyday for the past few months and my skin has gotten better and stayed clear during this time. I don't even want to try a different one because this one works so well.

Do products from ELF Cosmetics work for all skin types?

Do products from ELF work good on woman who are older? Like past 65? I have products. Creams and such (to expensive but use till they are gone). I need face make-up and eyeliner etc. Any older woman on here?

Mi piel es sensible y no me causó ningún daño, le compartí a mi hermana el producto ya que ella tiene la piel grasa y le quedo súper bien así que yo consideraría que si funciona con cualquier tipo de piel

E. L. f has products to accomadate for most skin types, but I think everyone has different experiences with this makeup like any other. So far, these products have worked well for me and I have fairly sensitive skin.
